Deleting your Parchi account

How to do it

Open the app, then: More → Account → Delete account.

You will be asked for your password. That is not bureaucracy — it is what stops somebody deleting your shop from a phone you left on the counter.

What gets deleted

If you own the shop: everything. Your customers, bills, payments, bookings, staff records, message history, price list and your login. Every one of them, permanently.

If you are staff at somebody else's shop: your login and your place on the team. The bills you wrote stay with the shop — they are the owner's business records and their tax obligation, not yours — but they no longer name you.

When

We wait 30 days, then delete permanently. During those 30 days you can cancel from the same screen and nothing is lost. After them, nobody can bring it back — not you, and not us.

Take your export first. Settings → Reports → Export everything gets you a ZIP of spreadsheets with every record in it. Once the 30 days are up there is nothing left to export.

Cannot get into the app?

Email support@applightinfotech.com from the address on the account. We will verify it is you and do it for you, within 7 days.
