What we provide
Parchi is billing and customer software for small service businesses in India. You get an account, and the app keeps your records and helps you send them to your customers on WhatsApp.
Your data is yours
Everything you enter belongs to you. We store it, show it back to you and do nothing else with it. You can export all of it at any time, and you can delete all of it at any time. We do not hold your records hostage if you stop paying — an unpaid account becomes read-only, and read-only includes export.
Your customers' data is your responsibility
When you enter a customer's name and number, you are the one who must have a reason to hold it and must be able to answer to that person for it. We process it on your instructions only. The Data Processing Addendum sets out what each of us does.
Messages you send
The app hands you a message and opens WhatsApp; you press send, from your own number. That makes the message yours. Do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it — WhatsApp restricts numbers that do, and we cannot get yours back.
Paying us
Free to try, then a twelve-month licence bought on this website. Prices are on the pricing page. We issue an invoice for every payment, and we do not charge GST on it. If a renewal fails, your account goes read-only rather than away — your data stays, and stays exportable.
What we do not promise
We are not your accountant. The app computes GST from the rates you configure and prints what you tell it to; the correctness of your filings is between you and your CA. We work hard to be available and we back up nightly, but no software is perfect, and our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the last twelve months.
Ending it
You can leave whenever you like — delete your account from the app. We would only close an account for non-payment or for using the product to harass people, and in either case we would tell you first and give you time to export.
