a. Applicable Charges: Our App is free to use for the first 1000 orders. Beyond that limit, additional charges may apply based on our pricing plan or as communicated to you. No refunds will be issued for charges incurred within the Free Usage Limit.

b. Service Disruption: In the event of a significant service disruption or technical issue caused by our App that prevents you from using its essential features, you may request a refund for the period affected. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

 

c. Unauthorized Charges: If you notice any unauthorized charges on your account related to the use of our App, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed as unauthorized, refund the charges.

 

d. Payment Disputes: If you have concerns about a payment made through our App, such as a duplicate payment or billing error, please contact us promptly to resolve the issue.

Cancellation Policy

a. Subscription Plans: If you have subscribed to a paid plan for our App, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred. Please note that we do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

 

b. Services and Features: Certain services or features within our App may be subject to cancellation or modification at our discretion. We will provide notice of any significant changes or discontinuation of services, and you will not be charged for those features going forward.
