Acceptance of Terms

 

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Parchi mobile application ("App") provided by Svann Consumer Private Limited. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

 

Eligibility and Applicability

You must be at least 18 years old to use our App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including restaurant owners, managers, staff, and customers who access and use the App's features and services.

 

Free Usage Limitation

​

Our App is provided free of charge for the first 1000 orders ("Free Usage Limit"). After reaching the Free Usage Limit, additional charges may apply as detailed in our pricing plan or as otherwise communicated to you.

 

User Account

​

In order to use certain features of our App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to promptly update any changes.

App Usage Restrictions

 

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:

Use the App in any way that may disrupt, impair, or interfere with the functioning or security of the App or its associated systems.

Engage in any activity that could harm or compromise the privacy or integrity of the App or its users' data.

 

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other user accounts, or any related systems or networks.

 

Use the App to distribute unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or engage in any form of unauthorized advertising or promotional activities.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, copyrights, and any related content, are owned by or licensed to Svann Consumer Private Limited. You agree not to use, copy, modify, or distribute any of these materials without obtaining prior written consent from Svann Consumer Private Limited.

Third-Party Services and Content

The App may integrate or provide links to third-party services, websites, or content that are not controlled or operated by Svann Consumer Private Limited. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, legality, or any other aspect of such third-party services or content. Your use of third-party services or content is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties

 

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Svann Consumer Private Limited makes no warranties or representations, either express or implied, regarding the App's accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Svann Consumer Private Limited and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Modifications and Termination

 

Svann Consumer Private Limited reserves the right to modify or terminate the App, its features, or these Terms at any time, with or without notice. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in any unauthorized or prohibited activities.

 

​Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.

Entire Agreement

 

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Svann Consumer Private Limited concerning the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
